Don't Panic // Engage Awards

Don't Panic deliver over 15 awards schemes annually for a range of clients including, the Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospitals NHS Trust, the Tameside NHS Foundation Trust, and the One4All Rewards Spotlight Awards.

We wanted to make celebrating, rewarding and motivating your staff simple and to this end we've launched a flexible awards package to suit your budget and requirements.

Engaged employees are more likely to be committed to their organisation’s values and take positive action to further their organisation’s goals. We will work with you to develop a simple, effective employee award scheme that will incentivise and motivate your employees.

We will create an online portal to manage all entries, the judging process and even online voting. You choose how & when to present the awards whether that's in a morning meeting, a lunch hour, or even a lavish awards ceremony.

Sponsorship is an important income stream on awards events and we can sell sponsor opportunities on your behalf to offset our fees and help the event become cost neutral. We will work with you to develop a range of bespoke sponsorship packages, identify targets, approach potential partners and close deals through our sponsorship sales professional.

How much does it cost?

How much does it cost? That depends on your requirements, how much work is involved in the initial set up, how often the awards are and how much ongoing support you require.

A standard annual awards with ten categories typically costs around £15,000 + VAT for our project management including the creation of the awards website and all ongoing liaison, event management and administration. We will work with you to identify suppliers who may be willing to support your awards, we will then sell sponsorship opportunities to them to offset our fees and contribute to the costs of an event.

Please note this cost does not include venue costs, trophy production or production of the event marketing materials which would be quoted in advance for your sign off - you can of course just choose to present the awards within your organisation which removes any additional costs.
