Following the success of previous years’ events and demand from national organisations, the How-Do Public Services Communications Awards 2011 was extended throughout the UK. 

The How-Do Public Services Communications Awards celebrate excellence, create real benchmarks for the future and most importantly, bring together senior communicators from across the UK to network, develop and enhance relationships and celebrate current and future success. The awards featured 17 categories, plus a grand prix award, and in common with other How-Do events, were anchored by a high-level and independent judging panel who brought their wealth of experience and expertise to bear. 

The event took place on 15 November 2011, in Manchester and featured a conference, buffet dinner and awards presentation.
